Chinese Cuisine Menu

The menu was divided into 5 sections- Soup, Starter, Main Course, Rice & Noodles, Dessert.

Being a pure vegetarian blogger we had no option to choose from the soups so Our food session began with LEMON & CORIANDER SOUP.

Lemon Coriander soup is a part of Indo- Chinese Cuisine. It was completely made of lemon, corainder paste and which tasted great because it contained all the fresh vegetables.

Chinese Green With Water Chestnut

Kao Soon Tofu

The next dish in the main course was Kao Soon Tofu. Tofu is something I personally do not like, although we have tried it.

As we Indians like to eat more spicy than sweet , so Chef Ganesh modified it with some garlic to give it a tangy taste. The tofu was completely fried with chilly, red and yellow pepper which made it flavourful.

Then Comes Pan Fried Noodles, You won’t believe the presentation was beautiful we couldn’t stop the camera to capture.

The noodles were again fried in sesame oil to gave it more authentic taste and were topped with vegetables like yellow pepper, broccoli, lettuce, babycorns and mushrooms.

I used the gravy of kao soon tofu and Chinese Green veggies dish to eat with Noodles because I like them more tangy.

Last but not the least we had the dessert ” Banana Toffee”.

Have you ever tasted it? I bet You didn’t.

It was a dessert which was purely made of banana, coated with corn flour and then fried and again coated with sugar caramel and was garnished with caramel.

It Perfectly matched the qoute as the presentation was so magnificient.
